Dani Davis is an Emmy Award–winning writer, Tony-nominated Broadway producer, director, and creative powerhouse who turns sparks of ideas into unforgettable experiences. She dreams big, collaborates deeply, and brings bold visions to life with joy, rigor, and heart—always with one goal in mind: giving audiences a powerful, transformative experience.

Her work spans Broadway, global touring, television, music, immersive theater, and documentary film. She has produced on Broadway (Little Women, The Lonesome West), led major national and international tours (Billy Elliot, Flashdance, The Wedding Singer, Shrek the musical), and created award-winning projects for Discovery Networks, Sounds True, Sony Classical, and PBS—including writing the libretto and directing the multiple Emmy-winning Handel’s Messiah Rocks.

As a director, Dani is drawn to stories with big heart and bold humor—Mamma Mia, The Full Monty, Xanadu, the UMPO Series, and Cindy of Arc. She also crafts immersive theater that leaves audiences moved and transformed, including In the Wake of Life and In Honor, and recently directed Hide by Jeffrey Doornbos, winner of Best Fiction Play at the United Solo Festival.

A former Broadway and touring performer, Dani has produced benefit recordings, serves on boards supporting women and young people, and is a proud Duke graduate. She splits her life between New York City and Cape Cod, where she is the proud mom of two artists, Noah and Nina.

For Dani, every project is about more than entertainment—it’s about creating moments that stay with people, spark conversation, and change the way they see the world.
